Who is Mirella?
From Beauty School to Entrepreneur! I’m an educator, salon owner, podcaster, YouTuber, and mommy to four! But, it didn't start out that way...
I'm a first generation Ecuadorian-American, born and raised in Downey, California. I accidentally found my passion for hair through ROP, a cosmetology program offered in high school. I fell in love with the hair industry and quickly learned that I wanted to be a hair educator working for a major brand one day.
In 2005, I started my management career at ULTA Beauty where I not only grew my salon team to be one of the top 5 salons in the country, but also opened, staffed, and trained four SoCal ULTA locations. After my 9-year commitment at ULTA I finally took the plunge to pursue my passion in education.
I worked for Kenra Professional as a Regional Education Manager where I created the first-ever Kenra Upstyle collection and developed educational curriculum. I traveled all over the country teaching hairstylists the latest trends, gained experience as a session stylist, and built a team of educators.
Fast forward to 2018, I left full-time corporate life to open my salon, launched my education company, grew my social platforms, and built a team of successful 6-figure stylists. I did all this plus birth 2 baby girls, turning my family of 4 into 6! Crazy, right?
Now I want to share all that I know in hair artistry to help you start building your own empire, big or small.

Frequently Asked Questions
If the event is canceled and not rescheduled by Mirella for any reason, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Cancellations made by the attendee will not be issued a refund. However, they will receive all online education bonuses included in the event.
Mirella Manelli Education is not responsible for travel fees and/or expenses incurred for canceled flights/hotels/cars. Please book travel insurance.
Please subscribe to the emails upon purchase to receive further communication and details about your purchase.
All tickets are nonrefundable. However, students have two options:
1. Students can transfer into another class within 12 months of the original purchase date upon request & approval. Price changes may apply depending on venue & location.
2. Students can transfer their ticket into another persons name 7 days prior to the class upon request & approval.
If this event is postponed due to Mirella being unable to teach due to illness, the event will be scheduled for a later date within 1 year. Please email [email protected] and CC the new ticket holder. Include all details for both parties.
All in-person & online education workshops are non-refundable. However they are transferable with a written request to [email protected] Please include full name, email, and phone number.
